Mrs. Sweetness Sweet Treats is not liable or responsible for any damages to the cake after pick-up and not limited to during transportation, set-up, or any time thereafter once it has left our hands. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items or debris that could roll, hit, slide, or fall into or unto cake(s). Cake(s) are fragile and you agree to drive safe, careful, and slowly.
Mrs. Sweetness Sweet Treats has prepared a custom-designed cake(s) for this occasion using fresh cake and buttercream as requested by the client. As such, the client for this event has been advised that the cake(s), should be kept out of direct sunlight and/or heat and be kept at moderate/room temperature (not greater than 72°) in order to maintain the integrity of its components as well as prevent melting.
Should the client choose to keep this cake in a location where the cake is exposed to higher than recommended temperatures, we cannot guarantee the stability of the cake and buttercream, therefore, I will not accept any responsibility for any changes to its structure or contents as a result. Cakes that are exposed to high temperature, will cause the buttercream to melt, that includes but not limited to fondant and whipped cream cakes as well.
*I agree to the following terms: the weather is 72° or less, directions will be given to the venue or person(s) responsible for cake(s) made by Mrs. Sweetness Sweet Treats to keep the cake(s) indoors and at a moderate temperature as specified and agreed as stated above. Bringing them out ONLY 30 minutes prior to before the cake cutting and/or ceremony.
